The Thompson Okanagan Football Club (TOFC) is very appreciative of our corporate sponsors and the financial contributions you have made toward providing a quality program for the players of the TOFC.
TOFC is proud to provide the highest level of play in the Interior of British Columbia as a member club in the BC Soccer Premier League. Your sponsorship support is important in helping us keep fees low and more affordable for families in our area.
Sponsorship Is A Partnership
Your business will receive exposure to thousands of participants, parents, relatives, coaches and community leaders. Your sponsorship will serve to promote your business, build an image of community support and will POSITIVELY impact youth development in our communities.
How Your Sponsorship Investment Is Used:
- Keeps participation costs affordable for players’ families. Our main goal is to keep soccer affordable for the players. Although the cost per season is competitive with other sports in our area, TOFC soccer is a full year sport. On an annual basis, this can make soccer more expensive. If a family has more than two players, their annual cost can be substantial. Our corporate sponsors make an enormous contribution to the youth of our communities by helping us keep soccer an affordable sport.
- Pays for training and affiliation with various soccer organizations. TOFC belongs to the BC Soccer Premier League. Website: http://www.bcsoccerpremierleague.net This affiliation gives the Club access to training material, clinics and courses for coaches and players. There are costs incurred for our membership as well as participation. Sometimes these costs include facilities rental for such programs as coaching license classes or registration fees for participants. Clinics are regularly offered and encouraged for all coaches. Certification is required for all head coaches. Various levels of training are available for coaching licenses in order to qualify them for different levels of play. This enables the Club to offer a high standard of instruction to our players.
- Pays for rental of needed facilities. As TOFC continues to expand, we recognize the need for bigger and better facilities.
- Your sponsorship enables the Club to provide a top quality program to its players that builds high levels of skill, opportunities and last, but not least, is fun and healthy for our children.
The TOFC is an organization managed by volunteers along with some paid staff who put in hundreds of hours over the years to help ensure the delivery of a top tier program. Assistant Coaches and Team Managers are also volunteers. The head coaches in the program receive a small honorarium to help cover incidental costs incurred when training their team.
The following outlines sponsorship opportunities and levels of contribution.
Level 1 – Revolving Link $19.99 per month (3 month commitment)
Revolving image link to your company website during 90 day time period on the TOFC website home page.
Level 2 – Revolving Link One Year $100 per year (1 year commitment)
Revolving image link to your company website during a one year time period on the TOFC website home page.
Level 3 – Banner Advertising – Home Games $1000 (Full Season committment)
Banner displayed at all home games. Banner Cost is included. If provided, cost is reduced.
Level 4 – Tent Advertising – Home Games $1200 (Full Season Committment)
Tent is used at field to cover player benches and scorekeepers. Cost includes tent.
Level 5 – Jersey Advertising $3,000 per year (3 year commitment required as jersey printing is permanent)
Your company logo on one sleeve of all jerseys (home and away), all TOFC teams
Recognition and link to your company website during a one year time period on the TOFC website home page and sponsors page.
Recognition on any document mass-produced by TOFC for distribution to the TOFC Community.
Full Club– $15,000 per year (3 year commitment required as jersey printing is permanent)
Your company logo on the front (center) of all jerseys (home and away), all TOFC teams
Large, free standing banners displayed at all Premier league games (home and away)
Recognition and link to your company website during the three year time period on the TOFC website home page and sponsors page.
Recognition on any document mass-produced by TOFC for distribution to the TOFC Soccer Community.
Recognition at all TOFC events during the three year period of sponsorship (free standing banners near fields)
Single Team Sponsorship
$2,000 per year (1 year commitment)
Corporate Name and / or Logo on banner for team tent + one sleeve of travel shirts + TOFC Website recognition on sponsors page and website team page.
Individuals wishing to make a monetary contribution to one of the sponsorship levels above will receive recognition as follows:
Name listed on the TOFC website, sponsorship area.
As an individual sponsor, your contribution may be in any amount. Your contribution of $25, $50, $100 or more will be accepted with our gratitude and appreciation. ALL individual sponsors will be recognized on our website.
Note: TOFC reserves the right to reject any sponsorship proposals / logos that TOFC deems as inappropriate for a youth sports program. This is at the sole discretion of TOFC.
